
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup Earth Goods Premium Organic Oats
• 1–2 tbsp Earth Goods Pure Organic Agave Syrup (optional, if you like it a little sweet)
• 1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups fresh blueberries
• ¼ cup blackberries
• A handful of strawberries (cut in half) and raspberries
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring the almond milk and water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
2. Add the oats, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10 minutes.
3. Slide the pan off the heat and let it set.
Note: If your porridge seems too dry or thick, stir in more almond milk until you reach the desired consistency.
3. Serve the porridge in a bowl and sprinkle the assorted berries on top.
4. Drizzle with agave syrup for extra sweetness and a lovely glaze, or leave it out and enjoy your breakfast—and your day!
