Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tbsp ground coffee, unbrewed

• 1 tbsp Earth Goods Peanut Butter

• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

• ¼ cup brewed coffee, chilled

• ½ frozen banana

• A drizzle of Earth Goods Pure Organic Agave Syrup, to taste

Ice (optional)

• A handful of chopped nuts of your choice (optional garnish)

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth, adding ice or almond milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency.

3. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chopped nuts for garnish.
