
INGREDIENTS
• 1 ripe whole banana (you can also use frozen banana for thicker consistency)
• ½ cup of Earth Goods Cow Milk
• ¼ cup Earth Goods Gluten Free Oat Flakes
• 1 tbsp Earth Goods Peanut Butter – smooth and crunchy
• Earth Goods Chia Seeds
• Pinch of cinnamon powder (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Stir well.
2. Pour into a glass or bowl and garnish with banana slices, a drizzle of peanut butter, oats, and chia seeds.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
