
INGREDIENTS
• ¼ cup unsalted Earth Goods raw almonds
• 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
• 1 cup low-fat milk
• 1 cup Earth Goods rolled oats
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
DIRECTIONS
1. Toast the nuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes. Chop them coarsely and set aside.
2. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, milk, honey, oats, and vanilla.
3. Divide the Earth Goods oat mixture evenly among 4 small dishes or parfait glasses.
4. Top each with ½ cup of berries, followed by 1 tbsp of Earth Goods almonds.
5. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
