Ingredients

  • 4 cups Earth Goods Organic Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup Earth Goods Organic Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ cup Earth Goods Organic Coconut Chips
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup Earth Goods Organic Agave Syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup each of hazelnuts and pistachios (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed Earth Goods seeds: flaxseeds and sunflower seeds (optional)
  • ⅓ cup organic coconut oil (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the spices and salt. Next, incorporate the oil and sweetener. Keep mixing until fully combined, and taste to ensure it’s just right.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on several large baking trays lined with nonstick baking paper. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden.
  4. Toss the granola every 15 minutes to ensure even baking and a light golden, fragrant result.
