Ingredients
- 4 cups Earth Goods Organic Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- ½ cup Earth Goods Organic Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ cup Earth Goods Organic Coconut Chips
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup Earth Goods Organic Agave Syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup each of hazelnuts and pistachios (optional)
- 1 cup mixed Earth Goods seeds: flaxseeds and sunflower seeds (optional)
- ⅓ cup organic coconut oil (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Mix all the dry ingredients first, then add the spices and salt. Next, incorporate the oil and sweetener. Keep mixing until fully combined, and taste to ensure it’s just right.
- Spread the mixture evenly on several large baking trays lined with nonstick baking paper. Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until golden.
- Toss the granola every 15 minutes to ensure even baking and a light golden, fragrant result.
