
INGREDIENTS
• 1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 tsp Earth Goods Pure Atlantic Sea Salt
• 2 tsp Earth Goods Organic Flaxseed (plus extra for garnish)
• 2 tbsp tahini
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• ¼–½ cup cold water (for desired consistency)
• ½ cup extra virgin avocado oil
• A handful of mint and chopped parsley (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the chickpeas, garlic, salt, flaxseeds, tahini, and lemon juice in a food processor. Mix until fully combined.
2. Scrape down the sides of the processor and blend again until smooth.
3. While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the Earth Goods Avocado Oil.
3. Season to taste, then serve and enjoy!
