This refreshing blend combines the benefits of chia seeds and granola, delivering vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants—all without unnecessary or unhealthy sugars! INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup Earth Goods Organic Oat Flakes (or gluten-free)
• 1 tbsp Earth Goods Organic Chia Seeds
• A pinch of Earth Goods Fine Sea Salt
• 2 large frozen bananas
• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
• 3–4 dates, pitted
• ½ tbsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, dates, and a few oat flakes on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
