INGREDIENTS
Smoothie:
• 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
• 2 ripe, frozen bananas (sliced)
• ⅓ cup almond milk
• ½ cup semisweet chocolate (chocolate chips work too)
Toppings:
• 2 tbsp Earth Goods Gluten-Free Choco Nuts Muesli
• 1 tbsp Earth Goods Premium Organic Coconut Flakes
• 2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 fresh banana, sliced
• 1 tbsp fresh raspberries
• 1 tbsp fresh blackberries
• 1 tbsp mixed nuts (e.g., hazelnuts and walnuts)
DIRECTIONS
1. Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, almond milk, and chopped chocolate to a blender, and blend on low until the mixture is smooth.
2. Scoop into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
3. Best eaten immediately, but let it thaw slightly before diving in!
