
INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium red apple (sliced into several rings to be used by pairs)
• 2 tbsp. Organic Peanut Butter
• ¼ cup Earth Goods Premium Organic Coconut Flakes
• ¼ cup Earth Goods Premium Organic Chia Seeds
• ¼ cup Earth Goods Premium Organic Oats (flakes)
• A handful of walnuts & chopped blueberries or blackberries
• A handful of white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter over one side of an apple slice and top it with granola.
2. Spread the remaining tbsp of peanut butter on another apple slice, then sprinkle with chia seeds, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips (to taste).
3. Press the two slices together to form your sandwich, and enjoy!
