
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup Earth Goods Berry-Good Muesli
(made with wholegrain organic oats and organic freeze-dried fruits)
• 1 cup of your favorite low-fat or lactose-free yogurt (you can also use milk or soy milk as a dairy-free substitute)
• ½ cup fresh berries (or your favorite type of fruit—mix it up if you like!)
• ½ cup mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds)
• 2 tbsp Earth Goods Premium Organic Agave Syrup (optional, for your sweet tooth)
• 1 tbsp Earth Goods chia or flax seeds (to sprinkle on top)
DIRECTIONS
1. Start by pouring the yogurt into a bowl or jar, and place your muesli on top (or on the side if you want to beautify your dish).
2. Top it off with a few berries or fruits.
3. Sprinkle some chopped nuts on top, and finish it off with chia or flax seeds.
