
INGREDIENTS
• 2 slices of your favorite wholegrain bread
(brown or rye are other healthy choices)
• 2 eggs (boiled for 8–10 minutes, scrambled, or fried, as preferred)
• 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced or mashed (your choice)
• 1 tbsp Earth Goods Premium Organic Chia Seeds
• ½ tbsp Earth Goods Premium Organic Sunflower Seeds
• Earth Goods Fine Sea Salt and any pepper to garnish (optional)
• 1 tbsp Earth Goods High Oleic Sunflower Oil (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Spread 2 tbsp of mashed avocado onto the toast (or place avocado slices).
2. Place slices of hard-boiled egg on top (or use scrambled or fried eggs).
3. Sprinkle with chia seeds and sunflower seeds.
4. Finish it off with a pinch of salt and pepper.
5. Enjoy!
