
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp Earth Goods Organic Chia Seeds
• ½ cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
• 1 tsp Earth Goods Pure Organic Agave Syrup
• 1 cup Earth Goods Organic Gluten-Free Fruity Granola (as a crunchy topping)
• A handful of your favorite fresh fruit (e.g., berries and mint, or a mix of red berries)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour chia seeds, almond milk, and agave syrup (if you like it sweet) into a jar. Mix well, let it settle for 2–3 minutes, then mix again thoroughly until no clumps remain.
2. Cover the jar and store it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 2 hours).
3. When ready to eat, top with Fruity Granola.
4. Decorate with strawberries or red berries and a few mint leaves. Enjoy it cold!
