- 2 tbsp. of Earth Goods Premium Organic Agave Syrup
- 1 tbsp. of Earth Goods Chia or Flax seeds (to sprinkle on top)
- 1/2 cup of Earth Goods Berry Muesli
- 1 cup of your favorite low-fat or lactose free yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds)
- Start by pouring the yoghurt in a bowl or jar and place your muesli on top (or on the side if you want to beautify your dish.)
- Top it off with a few berries or fruits
- Sprinkle some chopped nuts on top and finish it off with the Chia or Flax seeds.
