
INGREDIENTS
• ¼ ripe avocado
• 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
• 1 cup fresh mixed berries
• 2 large handfuls spinach
• 1 small handful kale (large stems removed)
• 1½–2 cups unsweetened milk (non-dairy milk works too)
• 1 tbsp flaxseed
• 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more milk or water to thin, if needed.
2. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed—add more banana (or maple syrup) for extra sweetness, more spinach for a bright green hue, or more milk for creaminess.
3. For more proteins, add some peanut butter! This enhances the natural sweetness of the smoothie.
4. Divide between 2 serving bowls and top with desired toppings!
5. Best enjoyed fresh, though leftovers can be stored in jars in the fridge for up to 1–2 days.
