
INGREDIENTS
• 500g Earth Goods Premium Organic Rigatoni
• 2 tsp Earth Goods Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
• ½ thinly sliced white onion
• 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
• 500g grape or cherry tomatoes
• Black pepper and Earth Goods Pure Atlantic Sea Salt, to taste
• 1 tsp paprika
• 4–6 slices chopped smoked turkey (optional)
• ½ cup loosely packed basil leaves
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil water in a large pot, making sure to add salt. Cook the pasta al dente.
2. In a large pan, add the onion, garlic, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and cook over medium heat until the onion softens.
3. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add paprika, and gently stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set the sauce aside.
5. Drain the pasta and place it in a bowl. Add the chopped turkey on top (optional).
6. Cover the pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh basil leaves and cheese.
