
INGREDIENTS
Cookies:
2 cups Earth Goods almond flour
½ tsp Earth Goods sea salt
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ cup Earth Goods almond butter
2 tbsp Earth Goods coconut oil
¼ cup Earth Goods coconut sugar
2 tbsp Earth Goods agave syrup
2 tbsp Earth Goods full-fat cow milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Drops:
4 tbsp unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tbsp raw cocoa butter, grated
2 tbsp Earth Goods agave syrup
Pinch of Earth Goods sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Chocolate Drops:
1. Line a small baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Melt baking chocolate and cocoa butter until smooth.
3. Stir in agave syrup and sea salt (optional).
4. Pipe onto the prepared sheet with a circular tip.
5. Freeze until set.
Make the Cookies:
6. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
7. In a small bowl, mix almond flour, sea salt, baking soda, baking powder, and coconut sugar.
8. Melt almond butter, coconut oil, and agave syrup.
9. Stir in milk and vanilla.
10. Add dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
11. Scoop 1 tbsp portions, roll into balls and place on sheets.
12. Bake for 6–8 minutes until set and crackled.
Putting It Together:
13. Immediately press a chocolate drop into each cookie after baking.
14. Let cookies sit on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
