Almond Blossom Cookies

Chocolate Drops:

1. Line a small baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Melt baking chocolate and cocoa butter until smooth.
3. Stir in agave syrup and sea salt (optional).
4. Pipe onto the prepared sheet with a circular tip.
5. Freeze until set.

Make the Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
2. In a small bowl, mix almond flour, sea salt, baking soda, baking powder, and coconut sugar.
3. Melt almond butter, coconut oil, and agave syrup.
4. Stir in milk and vanilla.
5. Add dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
6. Scoop 1 tbsp portions, roll into balls and place on sheets.
7. Bake for 6–8 minutes until set and crackled.

Putting It Together:

1. Immediately press a chocolate drop into each cookie after baking.
2. Let cookies sit on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
