Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Earth Goods gluten free organic rolled oats
- ½ cup of Earth Goods coconut flakes
- ½ cup of Earth Goods natural & organic peanut butter (no added sugar/ no salt)
- 1 Tbsp. of Earth Goods Chia seeds or roasted Flaxseeds
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/3 cup of Earth Goods raw honey or blue agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions:
- Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined
- Cover the mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for half an hour
- Roll into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and let them settle for another half an hour in the refrigerator
- You will have around 15 balls, each ball of goodness is around 70 Calories, ready to be enjoyed!
