Flaxseeds Hummus

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. can chickpeas
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Earth Goods Pure Atlantic Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Earth Goods Flaxseed (save a bit of ground flaxseed for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ¼ cup – ½ cup of cold water, depending on desired consistency
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • A handful of mint & chopped parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
  • Place chickpeas, garlic, salt, flaxseeds, tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until fully combined.
  • Scrape down the sides and mix again until smooth.
  • While the processor is still running, drizzle the Earth Goods Avocado Oil.
  • Season to taste and serve!
