- 1 oz. can chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon Earth Goods Pure Atlantic Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp. Earth Goods Flaxseed (save a bit of ground flaxseed for garnish)
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cup – ½ cup of cold water, depending on desired consistency
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- A handful of mint & chopped parsley (for garnish)
- Place chickpeas, garlic, salt, flaxseeds, tahini and lemon juice in a food processor and mix until fully combined.
- Scrape down the sides and mix again until smooth.
- While the processor is still running, drizzle the Earth Goods Avocado Oil.
- Season to taste and serve!
