Ready to meet your better self?

Your journey to a mindful life will start once you are ready to listen to your body. We need to be conscious that our mind doesn’t work alone and our body that is protecting everything that makes us alive, needs great care as well.

What we choose to eat is very important for our body. However, it is not sufficient.

A mindful body needs to move! Practicing a physical activity is crucial to our well-being.  Besides, it enables our heart to get stronger. Practicing a physical activity means helping pumping blood into our body through each heartbeat; helping our whole metabolism to function properly.

Physical activity does also lower blood pressure. It reduces your risk of heart disease and reduces levels of LDL (“bad” cholesterol). Bad cholesterol can clog the arteries and can cause a heart attack. At the same time, exercise can raise levels of HDL (“good” cholesterol). HDL helps protect against a heart attack by carrying fatty deposits out of the arteries.

Thus, if you manage to regularly practice a physical activity and eat mindfully at the same time; it will help you stay fit and accelerate you weight loss if this is your goal.

Start now to reach your better self!
